Brendon L.
Lyons, Jr. Chairman of the Board, Treasurer.
“Ben” is a retired US Army Special Forces member who served in Vietnam on
Special Operations missions as a recon team leader. He is an active
member of the Special Forces Association, the Special Operations Association (SOA),
and a
charter member and former director of the SOA. He is a former chairman of
Save the Montagnard People. VRF Founder.

Eugene
H. Pugh, President and Secretary. Gene is a former US Army Special
Forces Vietnam veteran who served with the Studies and Observations Group as
a recon team member. He is an accomplished public speaker, author,
pilot, security and counter-terrorism expert with extensive experience in
Latin America. He served as a technical and historical consultant for
the Roy P. Benavidez, MOH Memorial project. VRF Founder.

William H.
Kilpatrick, Vice President. Bill is a retired US Army Sergeant and
Vietnam veteran. His last active duty assignment was as assistant Protocol
Officer with the US Army Sergeant Major Academy where he established the
Museum of the Non Commissioned Officer and created several memorial
projects. He displays his extensive collection of historical Vietnam War
and special operations memorabilia coast to coast. VRF Founder

Peter J.
Buscetto. Pete is a former US Army Special Forces member and veteran
of operations with the Studies and Observation Group in Vietnam. He has a
record of extraordinary success in developing national retail companies
including CompUSA East where as Chief Operating Officer he achieved
phenomenal growth. He is currently the president of PJB Associates, Inc.,
Duluth, GA.

James B.
Cole. Cole joined the Special Forces of the US Army soon after its
creation and served with distinction on special operations during the
Vietnam War. After leaving the Army he purchased NoShok, a small
manufacturer of industrial valves and built a worldwide operation with
plants in Ohio and Mexico. He was honored with the Ernst and Young
“Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in 2002. He is a past president of the
Special Operations Association and for over forty years he has been a
respected member of the Special Forces Community.

Ralf M.
Miller, Colonel, USAF (retired). Ralf flew in Vietnam as a Forward
Air Controller for Project Delta. His numerous awards include the Silver
Star and two DFC’s. He received the coveted Combat Infantryman’s Badge. He
served as Executive Officer to the Asst. Vice Chief of Staff, USAF and as
Commander, USAF Basic Military Training. After retiring from the Air Force
he served with Morton Thiokol, Inc., as Program Manager of USAF rocket motor
programs. He is a former president and treasurer of the Special Operations
Association. |

Christine M. Stull.
Tina Stull has
demonstrated commitment to historical preservation through her support of
public exhibitions of military history and memorabilia across the
nation. She brings to the board of
Valor Remembered her experience as a founder and board member of a
successful charitable organization, which has an annual budget of over
$200,000. VRF Founder.
